Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If the order is already in transit, we cannot immediately cancel and refund it. Once you receive the items, you can contact us to initiate a return and refund.

If you would like to receive QC photos of your shoes for approval before they are shipped, please include a note with your purchase. This may add 2-3 days to your order time, depending on your response time.
