SHIPPING COSTS

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Order cut off time will be 12:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Order handling time is 2 - 4 business day (Monday to Friday).

Generally, shipments are in transit for 6 – 15 working days, BUT please allow up to 20 working days (Monday to Friday).

DELIVERY TERMS

We use the Royal Mail to deliver the product.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at  info@treadcoofficial.ca

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Returns Policy

We have an ironclad 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 110% satified with your product, you have 30 days (from arrival date) to submit a return for a refund

The product has to be in the same condition as received.

Postage costs in the event of a return are the responsibility of the buyer.
